This app provides mobile access to GTAC services from Siemens PLM.
A WebKey is required in order to access IR information.
Select “New Incident” either to search and filter, save or share with your colleagues articles from the knowledge base. Select “Manage Open IRs” to get the most recent status on your IRs. The menu option is divided in several sub-sections. “All open calls” shows all IRs that are currently being worked on by GTAC and have the status “open”. “GTAC pending” gives you a list of those IRs where the responsibility for the next action lies with GTAC. “Customer pending” list the IRs where GTAC is waiting for your response.
In the “Review Open IRs” menu you can find all your IRs which have been given the status “closed” by GTAC.
